Unique to Porsche, the ‘N’ rating is given to tyres that have been approved by Porsche engineers in Weissach. The Porsche Classic Restoration Competition has returned. This year’s competition is titled the ‘Porsche Classic Restoracing Competition’ and comes with a twist: each participating Centre must not only restore a classic 986 Boxster, but also train a novice driver from the Centre to pilot the car in a race series.
The three-round Restoracing series will be run by the Porsche Club GB and is set to be a very exciting competition taking place on iconic British circuits. Porsche Centre Guildford, in association with our Porsche Recommended Repairer, Premier Panel Skills, are currently transforming a 986 Boxster S into a race car.
