Stepping Up to Management Graduation Ceremony

On Thursday 14 October we were delighted to honour the Porsche Retail Group Stepping Up to Management graduates from 2020 which included which included Tom Gerrish from Porsche Centre Guildford.
The course is designed to help create the retail leaders of the future and whilst in 2020 it was unlike any previous year as it had to be completed virtually, an important part of the course involves the team creating a final presentation to deliver in person to the senior management team. Judging by the feedback and with an idyllic setting on the banks of the River Thames, it was well worth delaying this element until 2021.Congratulations Tom!
